Moongreens is a brand operated by Midnight Atlas Inc, a Delaware C-Corporation. Midnight Atlas Inc, 1007 N Orange St. 4th Floor Suite #5831, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States. References to "Moongreens", "we", "us" or "our" refer to Midnight Atlas Inc.

Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew at the billing frequency selected at checkout unless cancelled. All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of two fulfilled deliveries before cancellation is permitted. After that minimum is fulfilled, you may cancel at any time before the next scheduled billing date. By placing a subscription order, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the agreed interval and price. Changes, skips, or cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Failure to use the product does not alter billing obligations. Subscriptions can be managed through your customer account or by contacting support@moongreens.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Midnight Atlas Inc at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc. Messages may include transactional (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional content (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders).
Your consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details.
