This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from moongreens.com, operated by Midnight Atlas Inc.
Subscriptions
Some products on our site are offered as subscription purchases. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency and price selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with this policy.
Minimum Commitment
Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) fulfilled deliveries before cancellation is permitted. After this minimum, you may cancel at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Billing & Management
Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each delivery. Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date. You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or via the link in your order confirmation emails.
90-Night Risk-Free Guarantee
Our 90-Night Risk-Free Guarantee is available on the 12-Week (Quarterly) Plan only. If you are not satisfied within the first 90 nights of your first 12-Week Plan order, contact support@moongreens.com and we will refund every payment made within that window — no return required. Requesting the guarantee cancels your subscription immediately and overrides the two-delivery minimum. Monthly subscriptions, one-time purchases, and reactivated subscriptions are not eligible.
