This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from moongreens.com, operated by Midnight Atlas Inc.
Subscriptions Some products on our site are offered as subscription purchases. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency and price selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.
Minimum Commitment Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 2 fulfilled deliveries before cancellation is permitted. After this period, you may cancel at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Billing & Management
- Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each delivery.
- Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
- You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or via the link in your order confirmation emails.
90-Night Trial The 90-Night Risk-Free Trial is available on subscription orders only. One-time purchases are not eligible. If you are not satisfied within the first 90 nights, contact support@moongreens.com and we will make it right. One trial per customer. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
