As a Creator, commission is one-time: you earn 30% when your referred customer first orders, once per customer. Recurring commission on renewals is reserved for Ambassadors — an invite-only level we offer to Creators who consistently refer customers who stay subscribed. You don't apply for it; we reach out.
Ambassador is by invitation only. We offer it to Creators who consistently send quality customers who stay subscribed — not on a fixed revenue threshold, but on the strength and retention of the customers you refer. Keep doing good work as a Creator and we'll come to you. Once invited, your commission becomes recurring on renewals.
Commissions are paid 90 days after the referred order is delivered, provided no refund was processed in that window. Payouts run through Tremendous, where you choose from over 2,500 options. Gift cards, prepaid Visa, and charity donations are fee-free. Monetary options including bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App carry a 4% processing fee deducted from your payout. There is no minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings received.
Your Safelink has a 60-day attribution window. If someone clicks your link and purchases within 60 days, that sale is credited to you, even if they didn't buy on their first visit. Last-click attribution applies if a customer clicks multiple affiliate links.
Your Safelink is a unique URL that automatically applies your $20-off code at checkout. It is tied to your affiliate account, so even if someone shares the link, any resulting sale is credited to you. Your link and code are for personal promotion only. Mass coupon distribution, posting to discount or cashback sites, and self-referral are all prohibited and will result in account termination.
No. Running paid ads (Meta, TikTok Ads, Google, or any other paid channel) that point to Moongreens through your affiliate link is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. Organic content promotion only.
You can be based anywhere, but your primary audience needs to be in the US, since that is the only market Moongreens ships to at launch. International creators with US-heavy audiences are welcome to apply.
Moongreens offers a 90-night money-back guarantee. If a customer you referred processes a refund within the 90-day commission hold period, that commission will not be paid. Commissions are only released on orders where no refund has been issued by the time the 90-day window closes after delivery.
Yes. Moongreens reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if program terms are violated, including running paid ads, sharing codes on cashback or coupon sites, self-referral, or misrepresentation of the product. Moongreens also reserves the right to modify program terms at any time with reasonable notice.
