Order Processing
Orders are typically processed on the same business day. Orders are fulfilled from our US facility in Hebron, Kentucky. Our fulfillment center operates Monday to Saturday. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
US Shipping
We ship within the United States only.
Standard shipping is free on all orders and typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $9 and typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
