Referral FAQ

How do I get my referral link?
Sign up with your name and email in the form above and your link and $20-off code are created instantly. You can also find your link any time in your Moongreens account portal at moongreens.com.
When does my $20 store credit arrive?
Your $20 credit is issued 90 days after your friend's order is delivered, as long as no refund has been processed in that window. The hold matches our 90-night money-back guarantee: once their guarantee window closes without a return, your credit lands automatically.
Does my store credit expire?
No. Moongreens store credit never expires. Use it on your next order or let it build up. It's there whenever you're ready.
Is there a minimum order to use my credit?
No minimum. Apply your $20 credit to any Moongreens order, whatever its value. Credits also combine if you've earned more than one.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes, there's no limit. Every friend who buys through your link earns you another $20 in store credit, and the credits stack. The more you share, the more you accumulate.
What happens if my friend gets a refund?
If their order is refunded inside the 90-day window, the credit isn't issued. If a refund is processed after the window has closed and the credit has already been added, it's reversed.
Can I use my own referral link?
No. Self-referral voids the credit. The program is for sharing with genuine friends, family, or colleagues, not for discounting your own orders.
Where can I check my credit balance?
Your balance and referral history live in your Moongreens account portal. Log in at moongreens.com to see your current balance, pending credits, and past referrals.

There's a cash program for creators, too.

This page earns you store credit for sharing with friends. If you make content on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram, there's a separate affiliate program that pays 30% cash commission — application-only, so we can approve creators individually and keep it selective.

Apply to the creator program

Application-only, approved individually and paid in USD. Full terms live on the affiliates page — it's separate from this referral credit program.
