90-Night Risk-Free Guarantee (Subscription Customers Only)

We want you to experience the full benefits of Moongreens. Because deep sleep and recovery build over time, subscription customers are automatically eligible for our 90-Night Risk-Free Guarantee.

If you use Moongreens consistently and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your first subscription order. We will refund the full product price of your first order โ€” no return required.

The guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment only. It must be requested within 90 days of delivery and requires consistent use over the 90-day period. Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. Subsequent subscription shipments are not eligible. Reactivated subscriptions are not eligible. One guarantee per household.

To request a refund, contact support@moongreens.com with your order number. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

One-Time Purchases

Due to the consumable nature of our product, one-time purchases are eligible for return only if unopened and unused. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging with all components included. Returns must be approved by our support team before shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Chargebacks & Guarantee Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns to customers who abuse our guarantee, make fraudulent claims, or violate our Terms of Service. Repeated or suspicious refund requests may result in account suspension.
